Training, experience & qualifications

Certified as an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapist, I have completed comprehensive IFS and IFIO training since 2019, including IFS Levels 1-3, and other courses in addition, such as Advanced Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) - betrayal and repair. I am UKCP accredited as an Integrative Psychotherapist, and have additional certifications in EMDR, Neurofeedback, Shiatsu, and a PhD, MSc and MA (Cantab) in the Social Sciences from London and Cambridge Universities. I bring a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to therapy. I am in my own weekly IFS therapy and have continued frequent individual and group supervision by IFS and UKCP supervisors.
