  • Internal Family Systems Therapy with IFS (UK) Levels 1, 2 and 3 (2018-2020) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) 20219/2020/2023 and ongoing. I have regular IFS/IFIO and UKCP supervision. My own weekly therapy.

  • On site counsellor in an alcohol and drug rehab centre 2013-2015.

  • Neurofeedback practitioner since 2016.

  • I trained in Shiatsu, with the European Shiatsu School (2002-2004)

  • I was a Lecturer and Researcher at London University 1994-2001.

  • I have an “unrelated to therapy” PhD and an MSc from the University of London, and attended Cambridge University for my undergraduate studies.
