One to one new clients :

I have a sliding scale rate of £80 - £110 per full hour online or face to face. Clients are invited to select a rate that feels appropriate for them/their situation

Closed group:

£300 self assessed, for a closed group for 6 weeks (paid upfront, no refunds once group has started). Sliding scale, choosing a rate that is appropriate for your situation is also possible

Couples:

£150 for a 90 minute session or £120 for 60 minutes

The IFS monthly drop in Healing Circle, in Stroud or online

In Stroud: A donation to cover room hire (£36/session) and materials with the rest donated to the Long Table, giving good food to those in need. A meal at the Long Table costs around £8.90 to make, so if it feels ok for you, a donation of £10 upwards would be welcome. We usually donate around £150/month and in both 2023 and 2024 we donated well over £1000 ☺️.

Online: Tickets are again self assessed, between £10-£25

I’ve put together a ‘Parts mapping starter pack’ which is available to print out at £4 online (half going to the Long Table, half for production costs).
