Standard rate for ongoing sessions

£75/full one hour session for online or face to face in Stroud for IFS.

IFS EMDR new clients will be £120 for 90 minute sessions.

Closed group:

£150-£300 self assessed, for a closed group for 6 weeks (paid upfront, no refunds once group has started).

Couples:

£150 for a 90 minute session or £100 for 60 minutes

The IFS monthly drop in Healing Circle, in Stroud or online

In Stroud: A donation to cover room hire (£30/session) and materials with the rest donated to the Long Table, giving good food to those in need. A meal at the Long Table costs around £8.50 to make, so if it feels ok for you, a donation of £10 upwards would be welcome. We usually donate between £80-150/month and in 2023 we donated well over £1000 ☺️. Online: Tickets are again self assessed, between £8-15, prices rising in 2025.

I’ve put together a ‘Parts mapping starter pack’ which is available at £4 at the drop in or online (half going to the Long Table, half for production costs).
