Donating to The Long Table - February 2025
Thanks to all who came to this months IFS Drop In Community Healing Circles - in Stroud and online.
This month we experienced our innate CURIOSITY and met parts of us that block or judge this quality. Each of the groups brought different magic nuggets .. ranging from neurodifferences, legacy burdens, culture and society, the impact of the proverb “curiosity killed the cat” on our parts and so many more. Beautiful sculpts.
I am so grateful for these circles and communities we are creating. For the witnessing and sharing, the normalising of parts and speaking for our parts.
Here’s me donating £180 to The Long Table Stroud at Brimscombe Mill. The rest of the donations go to room hire at the Exchange. (I take renumeration from the online Drop In).
See you next month - focusing on another quality of Self: Compassion - for more guided meditation, parts mapping and inner system “sculpting” (others representing your parts externally), some sharing and listening.
Warm wishes all
